02 — Clinical Pilates
Teaching the body a new language.
Clinical pilates is not the pilates you find in a commercial gym. It is a measured practice rebuilt on the principles of kinesiology and rehabilitation.
Each exercise has a purpose: spinal alignment, deep-muscle activation, the timing between breath and movement. Awareness, not display.
Reformer, Cadillac and mat — three instruments, three perspectives. We keep all three on the table, because the body solves the same puzzle from different angles.
In post-operative recovery, sports performance, or simply to "learn how to stand upright again" — pilates is a rhythm of life. You begin to see its effect after about three months.
