02 — Clinical Pilates

Teaching the body a new language.

Clinical pilates is not the pilates you find in a commercial gym. It is a measured practice rebuilt on the principles of kinesiology and rehabilitation.

Each exercise has a purpose: spinal alignment, deep-muscle activation, the timing between breath and movement. Awareness, not display.

Reformer, Cadillac and mat — three instruments, three perspectives. We keep all three on the table, because the body solves the same puzzle from different angles.

In post-operative recovery, sports performance, or simply to "learn how to stand upright again" — pilates is a rhythm of life. You begin to see its effect after about three months.

Frequently asked questions

We design for beginners. The first two weeks focus on breath and activation; from the third week onward, the programme picks up pace.

Both. The reformer helps establish the correct pattern; the mat carries it into daily life. Either one alone leaves a gap.

From the second trimester, with your obstetrician's approval, we work on a specially tailored programme. It is also very effective in postpartum recovery.

Physical change takes three to six months. You will notice your breath change within the first month, though — a small door opens.
