This notice is prepared pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") by Imhotep Aestethics Clinique By Ebru Törehan ("Imhotep" or "Clinic") for its clients, prospective clients and website visitors.

Identity information (name, surname), contact information (phone, email, address), health information (for appointment purposes), transaction-security information (IP address, browser data) and customer-transaction information may be processed.
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of appointment management, delivery of clinical services, measurement of customer satisfaction, fulfilment of legal obligations and improvement of service quality.
Your personal data may be transferred solely to authorised public institutions when required by law. Data are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to the processing of your data, learn to whom they have been transferred and request compensation if such processing causes harm.
You may send your applications to hello@imhoteplb.com. Your applications are answered in writing within 30 days.
Your personal data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised upon the cessation of processing purposes or expiry of the legal retention period. Health data are retained for a minimum of 15 years, as required by applicable legislation.
